Is a website appropriate for a private practice?

It's now the normal route to a therapist. Directories are crowded and charge for listings, whereas your own site lets you explain your approach in your own words — which is exactly what clients are weighing up.

Can the enquiry form be confidential?

Enquiries are sent over an encrypted connection straight to your email, and we keep the form minimal — name, contact and a short message — so nobody's typing sensitive detail into a web form. Your privacy notice explains it plainly.

Can you help with my directory listings too?

Your website and your directory profiles should say consistent things and link to each other, which strengthens both. We'll make sure your site matches your BACP or Counselling Directory entry.

I'm not comfortable with hard-sell marketing.
